Maintaining your privacy is very important to Lance Aux Epines Cottages.  We will NEVER put you on any kind of mailing list OR sell/share/rent your private information to anyone without your permission. We are a family run business and we hate junk mail (spam) as much as you do! 

Our online reservations are taken care of by Webervations.   THE ONLY information transmitted from the Lance Aux Epines Cottages computer to their system is our availability and our rates.  Your information (including your credit card details) is SECURELY transmitted from the Webervation system to the Lance Aux Epines Cottages computer; it IS NOT sent via email.  Your credit card details are treated with the strictest confidentiality and we will not charge anything to your credit card without your permission.

The Webervations system has about 3,000 subscribers and processes millions of reservation requests AND NOT ONE has ever been compromised.  Your information is stored on their secure server using industry standard security protocols and their database server is not connected to the Internet.

When you make a reservation request using this service a fax copy of your request is sent to our office IN ADDITION TO the online request that we receive.  There is no chance that your booking will be lost or misplaced!  Once everything is confirmed an email will be sent to you.
