We include the following in our long-term rental:

bulletMaid Service:
bulletCleaning and tidying (including the dishes!)
bulletHousekeeper will make up the beds
bulletLinens, towels, etc. are all provided and will be laundered free of charge (there will be a charge for laundering personal items)
bulletMaximum 2 hours maid service each day
bulletAll utilities except Electricity.  There will be a meter and you pay only for the electricity that you use.  Telephone and water are included.
bulletRates now include free WiFi
bulletNight security
bulletAll Taxes/Service Charge INCLUDED
bulletFree use of all of the facilities on the compound (kayaking, sailing, TV/Game Room, etc.)

Please note that we do not allow pets.
