Policies
Booking Policy
Must be 21 or older with valid ID and credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to
check in.
Minimum rental 3 nights; 7 nights over Christmas, New Year, Easter and Carnival
periods.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25% of the rental is required to confirm reservations. Reservations for which we have not received the deposit may be
released without notice. Cheques or money orders in U.S. funds must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Credit card charge for the deposit AND any credit card refunds are done in local
currency "Eastern Caribbean" Dollars using the exchange rate of U.S.
Dollar $1.00 = E.C. Dollar $2.6882.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation
fees, which are as follows:-
Winter
(December 15, to April 15)
On no shows and cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival, a charge of
25% of the rental will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs, the
deposit will be applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
Summer
(April 16, to December 14)
On no shows and cancellations within thirty (30) days of arrival, a charge of
25% of the rental will be imposed. In the case of early check-outs,
the deposit will be applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

For both Winter and Summer, cancellation must be in writing and will take effect on the
day it is received by Lance Aux Epines Cottages. If accommodation is re-let for the full
period of the booking, there will be no cancellation charge.
